Hesperia, CA (May 17, 2025) — On Friday evening, at least one person suffered injuries after a head-on crash on Highway 138 in Hesperia.

According to the San Bernardino County Fire Department, the crash happened around 8:21 p.m. on May 15, 2026, near a sharp curve on the Hesperia side of the highway. A white pickup truck and a black pickup truck were involved in the collision.

Emergency crews treated one person for a head injury at the scene. Officials have not released the victim’s condition.

Authorities have not determined what caused the crash. The California Highway Patrol Inland Office continues to investigate the incident.
