Two People and Dog Dead after Head-On Crash on San Timoteo Canyon Road in San Bernardino County

San Bernardino County, CA (April 12, 2023) – Tuesday night, two people died in a head-on crash on San Timoteo Canyon Road.

The fatal crash on San Timoteo Canyon Road happened around 8 p.m. on April 11.

Redlands Police said the collision involved a sedan and an SUV. When they arrived, they found the SUV driver performing CPR on the sedan driver.

The woman was given life-saving treatment by paramedics when they quickly arrived, but she was pronounced dead at the site.

A male sedan passenger was also declared deceased while being taken to the hospital.

Moreover, two dogs were found inside the sedan — one was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second dog was transported to an animal hospital with minor injuries.

The SUV driver was treated for injuries at the scene, but declined transport to the hospital.

Further investigation to determine the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
