San Antonio, CA (February 17, 2023) On Thursday morning a head-on collision on Hillcrest Drive killed a driver and injured another.

SAPD says that the wrong-way crash happened at about 11 a.m. at the intersection with Crestview Drive.

Reports say that the driver of a Jeep was travelling in the wrong direction in the opposite lanes of Hillcrest and collided with another car head-on.
