DALLAS, TX (April 15, 2025) – Sunday night, a man died in a brutal hit-and-run crash near 1400 East Kiest Boulevard.

The incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. in the westbound lanes near the 1400 block of East Kiest Boulevard.

A man has died after being struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash, police said.

Officers responded and found the man lying in the westbound lanes. Investigators believe he was crossing the street when he was hit. The driver left the scene without stopping.

The man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he died shortly after arrival. His identity has not yet been released.

Detectives are reviewing surveillance footage to help identify the driver. It remains unclear whether the man was in a crosswalk at the time of the crash or what exactly led to the collision.
