CORINTH, TX (June 24, 2026) – Tuesday morning, a person died in a devastating hit-and-run crash on 4900 Interstate 35E.

The incident happened at about 2:50 a.m. in the 4900 block of Interstate 35E on the northbound side of the highway.

According to the Corinth Police Department, a driver struck a pedestrian, who later died from their injuries.

Police said they are continuing to search for the suspect involved in the fatal crash.

The collision caused significant traffic delays as first responders worked at the scene and managed traffic.
