DALLAS, TX (August 28, 2025) – Last August 19, a disastrous hit-and-run crash on 5300 S Cockrell Hill Road injured 1 person.

The incident occurred at about 6:00 a.m. in the 5300 block of South Cockrell Hill Road.

Police said the driver of an 18-wheeler was traveling north when they struck another vehicle and left the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

The 18-wheeler is described as having a blue cab with a Dallas Cowboys star on the side. No photo of the driver was released, and the current condition of the victim has not been made public.
