Fresno, CA (October 08, 2025) — Fresno Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash on Cedar Avenue that left one person injured Sunday night.

Authorities say that the collision occurred around 9:30 p.m. near Cedar and Cornell avenues, just south of Shields Avenue. Officials said the driver fled the scene after striking the victim.

Emergency responders transported the injured person to Community Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.

Police are searching for a dark-colored 2016–2018 sedan believed to be involved in the incident. No details about the suspect have been released.
