SAN ANTONIO, TX (February 2, 2026) – Early Saturday morning, a crippling hit-and-run crash on Interstate Highway 37 South injured 1 person.

The incident happened at about 3:39 a.m. in the 2700 block of Interstate Highway 37 South, northbound main lanes.

Meanwhile, investigators confirmed that the victim was traveling in the southbound lanes. Then, a Dodge Ram pickup truck, driving in the same direction, hit the victim’s vehicle.

After the crash, the pickup driver escaped the crash scene.
