19-Year-Old Pedestrian Injured in Crippling Hit-and-Run Crash on Van Nuys Boulevard [Panorama City, CA]

Injuries Reported in Panorama City Pedestrian Accident on Van Nuys Boulevard and Tupper Street

PANORAMA CITY, CA (December 11, 2025) – Wednesday night, a 19-year-old pedestrian sustained injuries in a crippling hit-and-run crash on Van Nuys Boulevard.

The incident happened at 7:55 p.m. as the pedestrian crossed Van Nuys Boulevard and Tupper Street inside a crosswalk.

Police said the pedestrian was then hit by a white Toyota sedan whose driver kept going northbound without stopping. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics took him to a hospital in critical condition.
