Horrific 2-Car Crash on Truman Boulevard Injures 3 [Jefferson City, MO]

Jefferson City, MO (June 27, 2025) On Thursday morning, a 2-car crash on Truman Boulevard left 3 people hurt and hospitalized.

According to authorities , the violent collision happened at around 11:48 a.m. at the intersection of West Truman Boulevard and South Country Club Drive.

Reports say that the crash involved two vehicles and the collision injured three people.

Authorities say that a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro heading north on Country Club Drive collided with a 2020 Chevrolet Sonic that attempted to turn left onto Highway 50. The impact totaled both vehicles.

Emergency crews transported the 29-year-old man driving the Camaro to University Hospital with moderate injuries. The 29-year-old woman driving the Sonic and a 6-year-old girl in her vehicle also suffered moderate injuries and were taken to the same hospital. Authorities noted that neither the woman nor the child wore seatbelts during the crash.

Police diverted traffic for approximately 30 minutes while investigating the incident.
