FLAGSTAFF, AZ (September 22, 2025) – Saturday morning, a horrific 2-vehicle crash on East Butler Avenue near Sinagua Heights killed one person.

The incident happened at around 7:30 a.m. on East Butler Avenue near Sinagua Heights.

According to the Flagstaff Police Department, the crash involved two vehicles, including a police officer.

Moreover, responders pronounced a man dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported the police officer to a hospital with unknown injuries.
