Woman Killed in Horrific 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 412

1 Dead in Senath Auto Accident on Highway 412

SENATH, MO (January 22, 2026) – Tuesday afternoon, a Dunklin County woman died in a horrific 2-vehicle crash on Highway 412 in Senath.

The incident happened at about 1:13 p.m. on Highway 412, said the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2012 Toyota Scion tC, driven by a 37-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was traveling westbound when it crossed the centerline and collided with a 2023 Buick Envision heading east, driven by a 59-year-old woman from Cardwell.

The Cardwell woman was pronounced dead at the scene by Dunklin County Coroner James Powell. The Toyota driver and his passenger, a 32-year-old woman from Jonesboro, were airlifted to a hospital in Memphis.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
