Midland, TX (April 8, 2026) — Two drivers were injured Tuesday following a crash on FM 1788 involving a tanker truck carrying liquid nitrogen.

The collision happened at Farm-to-Market Road 1788 and County Road 58, where a semi-truck and a pickup collided. The impact caused the tanker to overturn, triggering a hazardous materials response as crews worked to secure the scene.
