Teen Hurt After Truck Drives Through Group of Students at Pieper High School

San Antonio, TX (May 10, 2025) — On Thursday morning, a teenage boy suffered injuries after a horrific crash on Kinder Parkway, where a driver in a large truck allegedly drove through a group of students in the parking lot of Pieper High School in San Antonio.

The incident happened around 8:50 a.m. as several students gathered near their vehicles before classes began. Authorities said the truck accelerated through the group, striking one teen before leaving the scene.

The victim suffered severe swelling to his left foot along with abrasions to the backs of his legs. Although he did not suffer broken bones, the injuries may prevent him from participating in an upcoming football game.
