Pickup Flies Off Overpass, Injures Two on Southern California Freeway

Rialto, CA (December 11, 2025) — 2 people were hospitalized after a frightening crash on Linden Avenue where a pickup truck flew off an overpass and landed on a Southern California freeway on Friday evening.

According to the Rialto Police Department, the crash began around 7 p.m. on Linden Avenue. The police were notified by the California Highway Patrol.

Investigators reported that a 36-year-old man driving a white Ford F-150 veered right at Renaissance Parkway, broke through a chain-link fence, and plunged from the elevated section of Freeway 210.

The Ford landed in the eastbound HOV lane, where it collided with a GMC Arcadia driven by a 51-year-old man. The impact overturned the GMC, while the Ford continued into the westbound lanes, damaging two additional vehicles with flying debris.

Authorities confirmed that neither alcohol nor drugs appear to have played a role in the crash.
