SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 22, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, a horrific head-on crash near E Southcross Boulevard and S WW White Road killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 12:15 p.m. near E Southcross Boulevard and S WW White Road.

According to police reports, a speeding driver traveling west drove over the double yellow lines and collided with an eastbound truck head-on.

As a result, the speeding driver, a man in his mid to late 20s, was declared dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the truck’s driver, a man in his mid-60s, was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
