1 Dead in Kansas City Auto Accident on International Circle and 1 Kansas City Boulevard

KANSAS CITY, MO (November 20, 2025) – Tuesday morning, a person died in a horrific head-on crash on International Circle and 1 Kansas City Boulevard.

The incident happened at about 5:30 a.m. on International Circle and 1 Kansas City Boulevard.

Police said the crash happened when a Honda Fit traveled the wrong direction on International Circle, just south of 1 Kansas City Boulevard, and struck a Subaru head-on.

The Honda driver was taken to a nearby hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.

The Subaru’s driver and passenger were also hospitalized, though their injuries were described as minor.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
