KILLEEN, TX (August 3, 2026) – Sunday morning, a horrific hit-and-run crash on FM 2410 and 2200 Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard killed one person.

The incident happened at around 5:28 a.m. on FM 2410 and 2200 Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard.

According to reports, a vehicle struck a pedestrian, then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid. Then, a silver Ford F-150 struck the victim who was already down on the pavement.

Moreover, responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.

Furthermore, the driver of the Ford remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
