DALLAS, TX (May 28, 2025) – Tuesday morning, a horrific pedestrian crash on Central Expressway near B Johnson Freeway killed one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 11:30 a.m. on Central Expressway near B Johnson Freeway.

According to the Dallas Police, a vehicle struck a pedestrian who was attempting to cross the freeway.

Moreover, responders pronounced the unidentified pedestrian, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, the crash closed the southbound Central Expressway.
