Illinois Man Injured in Collision on Interstate 44 [Pulaski County, MO]

Pulaski County, MO (December 3, 2025) – Two people were injured in a solo-vehicle collision on Interstate 44 Monday afternoon.

The traffic accident happened at mile-marker 166.

Troopers said a 56-year-old woman from Aurora, Illinois, was driving an eastbound 2022 Infiniti QX50 that went off the right side of the road and struck a tree.

The driver and her passenger, a 68-year-old Carol Stream man, were wearing seatbelts during the crash.

The driver sustained serious injuries, while the passenger sustained minor injuries. Both of them were taken to Phelps Health in Rolla.
