Robbery and Hit-And-Run Crash on Cahuenga Boulevard in North Hollywood

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA (December 13, 2025— Two people sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Cahuenga Boulevard.

A robbery turned violent late Friday night when suspects fleeing a smoke shop in North Hollywood struck two bystanders with their vehicle, leaving one man with serious injuries, according to authorities.

Los Angeles Police Department officers and Los Angeles Fire Department crews responded at approximately 11:28 p.m. to reports of a robbery and injured individuals at a smoke shop in the 3200 block of Cahuenga Boulevard.

Preliminary information from LAPD indicates that employees attempted to intervene during the robbery.

The suspects reportedly became startled, rushed into a vehicle, and fled the scene.

As they drove away, police said the suspects ran over two bystanders standing outside the business.

LAFD officials confirmed that a 24-year-old man suffered serious injuries consistent with being struck and run over by a vehicle. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

A second victim, a 34-year-old man, was treated at the scene and declined transport. Fire officials listed him in fair condition.

Investigators later clarified that the suspects fled in a white SUV and were described only as two adult males.

No further suspect descriptions were immediately available.

Authorities have not confirmed whether any property was stolen, and no arrests have been announced.

Video from the scene showed emergency crews treating one of the injured victims as police secured the area.

Blood and personal belongings were visible on the sidewalk as officers conducted their investigation.

The incident remains under investigation, and anyone with information is urged to contact the LAPD North Hollywood Division.
