OAKLAND, CA (December 4, 2025) – Tuesday afternoon, authorities reported injuries following an AC Transit Bus crash on 68th Avenue and Foothill Boulevard.

The incident happened at around 1:18 p.m. on 68th Avenue and Foothill Boulevard.

According to reports, an AC Transit bus collided with a Nissan SUV for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed the bus to crash into an auto body shop.

Moreover, responders transported eight bus passengers, a bus operator, and two occupants of the Nissan SUV to a hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
