Lanes Blocked in Denver Traffic Accident on W 6th Avenue and Kipling Street

DENVER, CO (December 7, 2025) – Saturday night, an alarming school bus crash on 6th Avenue and Kipling Street led to injuries.

The incident happened at around 8:00 p.m. on 6th Avenue and Kipling Street.

According to the Lakewood Police Department, a school activity bus collided with another vehicle for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders transported all occupants of the bus who were students and coaches from Central High to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed southbound Kipling Street at 8th Avenue and northbound Kipling Street at the Federal Center.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the Lakewood Police Department continued investigating the crash.
