Driver Killed in Redondo Beach Traffic Accident
Redondo Beach, CA (November 12, 2023) – The authorities arrested 34-year-old Jacob Nimz of North Dakota in a Lilienthal Lane fatal crash Sunday morning.
The authorities responded to the accident scene at about 9:30 a.m. at the intersection with Alvord Lane.
Responding officers discovered that the female driver died in this collision.
The rescuers took the passenger, Jacob Nimz, to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Nimz was arrested after his hospitalization on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
Allegedly, Nimz was involved in a physical altercation in the car just before the collision. The authorities arrested him on the assault charge.
Officers are still investigating.
