29-Year-Old Jacqueline Leach Arrested in Mono Way Collision [Sonora, CA]

Sonora, CA (February 27, 2026) – The authorities arrested 29-year-old Jacqueline Leach of Sonora following a Mono Way collision Wednesday.

The authorities received reports of a hit-and-run crash on Mono Way near Hospital Road.

Responding officers found only one vehicle at the scene and learned that a a white Chevrolet Tahoe sped along Highway 108 after the collision.

Officers later located the hit-and-run SUV parked in the valet section of Chicken Ranch Casino and identified Jacqueline Leach as the suspect driver 

Leach turned herself to the authorities after two days later. She faces felony charges of hit-and-run resulting in injuries.
