Jaime Moroyoqui of Victorville Dies in Silica Drive Accident [Victorville, CA]

Victorville, CA (September 8, 2026) – Jaime Moroyoqui, 44, Victorville, was killed in a Silica Drive accident early Sunday morning.

The fatal crash happened past 4 a.m. on September 6 on First Avenue.

Investigators said a black Mercedes-Benz C-Class was eastbound on Silica Drive when it struck Moroyoqui.

Rescuers rushed Moroyoqui to Providence Saint Mary Medical Center with major injuries, but he later died.

Moreover, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. 

Police do not believe alcohol or drugs was a factor in the deadly crash.
