James Dringenberg Dead in City of Industry Police Chase Accident on 60 Freeway

 
INDUSTRY, CA (June 3, 2021) – Wednesday afternoon, James Dringenberg, 27, died in a pursuit crash on 60 Freeway near South Workman Mill Road.
 
The accident occurred just before 3:15 p.m. on the 60 Freeway near South Workman Mill Road.
 
The Los Angeles County Fire Department confirmed that the crash left Mr. Dringenberg, the passenger, with fatal injuries. Also, another person sustained critical injuries.
 
Before the crash, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department chased a vehicle. Then, they alerted the California Highway Patrol about the chase.
 
On the other hand, the CHP clarified that its officers weren’t involved in the chase.
 
The pursuit was handled by a task force of “multiple agencies.”
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the driver’s identity.
