James Jin Kao Dies in Vehicle Crash on Interstate 15 [Baker, CA]

James Jin Kao and Isaac White Killed in Baker Car Accident on 15 Freeway

 
San Bernardino, CA (October 7, 2020) – On Friday, 52-year-old James Jin Kao of Rancho Mirage, and 25-year-old Isaac White, of Memphis Tennessee were killed in a car crash on Interstate 15.
 
The fatal accident happened at about 9:48 p.m. on October 2, 2020 in San Bernardino County.
 
The California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department personnel responded to a two-vehicle crash on the 15 Freeway near mile marker 142.
 
When they arrived at the interstate, they located a compact car crossed over the center median. Apparently, it was traveling at a fast speed when it struck an SUV head-on.
 
Further, the authorities pronounced Kao, the SUV driver, and White, the compact car’s driver, dead at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, the California Highway Patrol – Barstow Station, continues to investigate the fatal Baker crash.
