Javier Ramirez of Rialto Dies in Traffic Collision on Fort Irwin Road [Fort Irwin, CA]

Fort Irwin, CA (October 10, 2022) On Thursday afternoon, 53-year-old Javier Ramirez Castaneda of Rialto sustained fatal injuries in a traffic collision on Fort Irwin Road.

It was about 1:20 p.m. when the deadly crash happened on southbound Fort Irwin Road.

Responding Fort Irwin Police officers pronounced Ramirez dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the United States Army Criminal Investigation Division is handling the investigation of this incident.
