The deadly vehicle crash happened on August 20 at milepost 102 in Pinal County.

Officers said Stinnett was driving on the freeway when he crossed the center line and crashed into another vehicle.

The authorities declared Stinnett dead at the crash scene while the driver of the other vehicle refused medical treatment.

Officers do not consider alcohol as a factor in this fatal crash.
