Jennifer Nicole Hall Dead in Bicycle Crash on E Speedway Boulevard [Tucson, AZ]

Tucson, AZ (November 18, 2025) – 41-year-old Jennifer Nicole Hall was killed in a bicycle crash on E Speedway Boulevard Sunday morning.

The deadly crash happened on November 16 at the intersection with North Richey Boulevard.

Officers said a 2021 GMC Terrain that was traveling east in the middle lane on Speedway Boulevard.

At the same time, Hall was crossing in an activated HAWK pedestrian crosswalk displaying a solid red for vehicle traffic. The GMC’s 55-year-old driver failed to yield to the bicyclist.

Rescuers provided life-saving measures to Jennifer Nicole Hall, but she died at the scene. She was wearing helmet at the time of collision.

Troopers evaluated the GMC’s driver and determined she was not impaired.
