40-Year-Old Las Vegas Man Dies in I-15 Crash Near Mountain Pass
Mountain Pass, CA (August 30, 2026) — On Thursday, 40-year-old Jeremy Lawson died after a traffic collision on northbound Interstate 15 north of Cima Road in Mountain Pass.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash around 2:21 a.m. and identified the driver Lawson. Authorities pronounced Lawson dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
