Driver Pronounced Dead After Morning Crash in Rialto

Rialto, CA (February 7, 2026) – Jerry Perry, a 71-year-old San Bernardino man, was fatally injured following a Pepper Avenue collision Thursday morning.

It was before 9 a.m. on January 29 the deadly crash happened at the 1400 block area.

Responding officers declared Perry deceased at the crash scene.
