1 Person Dead in El Paso Pedestrian Accident on 7300 North Loop

EL PASO, TX (March 25, 2025) – Friday night, a tragic hit-and-run crash on 7300 North Loop killed Jesus Fernando Perez.

The incident happened at around 8:40 p.m. along the 7300 block of North Loop.

According to the El Paso Police, a vehicle struck a male pedestrian who was crossing the roadway to a bus stop. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim, identified as 52-year-old Perez, to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
