Joey Keck Arrested after El Centro Accident on Lotus Avenue and Ross Avenue

 
EL CENTRO, CA (May 18, 2022) – Monday night, 89-year-old Joe Puga died in a hit-and-run crash on Lotus Avenue and Ross Avenue.
 
The incident occurred at around 7:10 p.m. on Lotus Avenue and Ross Avenue.
 
After the crash, the vehicle drove north on Lotus Avenue. According to some witnesses, the vehicle was a gray Nissan SUV, possibly a Rogue.
 
Meanwhile, responders transported Joe Puga to El Centro Regional Medical Center where he died of his injuries.
 
Tuesday morning at around 1:00 a.m., the authorities found the suspect vehicle in a rural area of the county. Then, they located the driver, 25-year-old Joey Keck of El Centro.
 
Eventually, officers booked Keck at Imperial County Jail on charges of Hit and Run Driving Resulting in Death or Serious Injury to Another Person.
