John Rosario Arrested for Fatal Pedestrian Crash [Sacramento, CA]

1 Dead in Sacramento Pedestrian Accident on Broadway and Stockton Boulevard

SACRAMENTO, CA (December 3, 2025) – Tuesday morning, a man died in a horrific pedestrian crash on Broadway and Stockton Boulevard, and John Rosario has been arrested.

The incident happened just after 4:30 a.m. on Broadway and Stockton Boulevard.

Officers arrived at Broadway and Stockton Boulevard and found a man with life-threatening injuries. Despite medical aid, he died at the scene.

Police have not released details on how many people were involved or what led up to the incident. They initially treated it as an assault, and early information showed the man had been hit by a vehicle. Investigators are still determining if the case will be classified as a homicide.

The intersection has since reopened.
