37-Year-Old Jon LaBeau Killed in High-Speed Crash on Aviation Parkway [Tucson, AZ]

Speeding Driver Arrested After Fatal DUI Crash on Aviation Parkway in Tucson

Tucson, AZ (November 10, 2025) — 37-year-old Jon LaBeau tragically lost his life early Saturday morning after a high-speed crash on Aviation Parkway.

According to authorities, the fatal DUI crash happened around 7 a.m. near South Country Club Road.

Reports say that 26-year-old X’Avion Jordan faces second-degree murder charges after the high-speed, DUI-related crash that killed LaBeau.

Police said Jordan was driving west on Aviation Parkway when his Chevrolet Impala collided with an eastbound Ford Five Hundred turning left onto South Country Club Road.

Investigators determined Jordan was traveling more than 100 miles per hour—over twice the posted 55 mph speed limit—just before the crash.

The driver of the Ford, identified as Jon David LaBeau, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said LaBeau had a green light but no turn arrow when the collision occurred.

Jordan was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and later found to be impaired. He was arrested and booked into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder.

Sweet Lawyers extend their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Jon David LaBeau. We hope they find peace and comfort during this difficult time.
