Jose Garcia, 19, Arrested in N St. Augustine Drive DWI Collision [Dallas, TX]

Dallas, TX (July 7, 2026) – The authorities arrested Jose Garcia, 19, following a N St. Augustine Drive collision late Sunday night.

The traffic collision happened before 11 p.m. near the intersection with Lake June Road in Pleasant Grove.

Troopers said a pickup truck driven by Garcia struck an SUV injuring the two children inside the later vehicle.

Immediately, the rescuers transported both children to a local hospital. 

Garcia, on the other hand, was booked into jail Monday morning on DWI charges.
