1 Person Killed in Los Angeles Auto Accident on West Saticoy Street and Cleon Avenue

LOS ANGELES, CA (May 27, 2025) – Monday afternoon, Jose Hernandez died in a horrific traffic crash on West Saticoy Street and Cleon Avenue.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 2:00 p.m. near the intersection of West Saticoy Street and Cleon Avenue.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a police car struck a vehicle that pulled over in front to make a left turn.

Moreover, responders pronounced the driver of the vehicle, identified as 70-year-old Hernandez, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported two officers to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
