Jose Herrera-Hernandez Killed in Samuell Boulevard Hit-and-Run Crash [Dallas, TX]

Dallas, TX (November 26, 2023) – Jose Herrera-Hernandez, 31, was killed following a Samuell Boulevard hit-and-run crash early Friday morning.

Officers said it was about 4:30 a.m. when Herrera-Hernandez was struck by a car while walking eastbound in the 3800 block area. 

Sadly, Herrera-Hernandez died at the scene.

The car driver drove east on Samuell Boulevard and did not stop to help Herrera-Hernandez.
