Kansas City, MO (June 27, 2025) – 61-year-old Joseph Caldwell was tragically struck by a vehicle that fled the scene of a horrific hit-and-run on Northwest Barry Road.

According to authorities, the deadly crash happened around 10:40 a.m. in the area of Northwest Barry Road and North Boardwalk Avenue.
