Josue Vasquez Jailed in Trinity Avenue Fatal Crash [Chowchilla, CA]

Chowchilla, CA (April 9, 2025) – 21-year-old Josue Vasquez was arrested following a Trinity Avenue fatal crash Monday.

On April 7, the authorities responded to the 900 block area for a report of a possible hit-and-run collision.

When the authorities arrived, they saw a woman in the street. The 49-year-old Chowchilla woman was declared dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, troopers said the driver left the scene after the collision but later returned.

Police arrested the driver, Josue Vasquez, and booked him into the Madera County Jail on suspicion of several felony charges.
