Los Angeles, CA (June 26, 2026) – 42-year-old Juana Hernandez Ramos of Los Angeles was killed in a S Union Avenue multi-vehicle crash late Wednesday afternoon.

It was before 6 p.m. when the deadly three-vehicle crash happened at the 1800 block area of South Union Avenue, north of Washington Boulevard, in the Pico-Union district.

Rescuers responded to the collision and declared Ramos deceased.
