Julian Solis Dies in Tragic IH-10 Single-Vehicle Crash [Pecos County, TX]

Pecos County, TX (November 10, 2023) On Thursday morning, 21-year-old Julian Solis died and Frank Moreno is in critical condition after a solo-vehicle crash on IH-10.

According to the Texas DPS, the tragic crash happened on IH-10 near mile marker 241.

Reports say that 23-year-old Anil Jassani was driving a westbound vehicle at high speed on IH-10, the vehicle had 4 occupants.

The driver Jassani, the front seat passenger 26-year-old Sameer Rajan, Solis, and Moreno. Officials say that Jassabi attempted to overtake another vehicle at high speed, however he lost control of the vehicle and went off the median and into a pasture, where the vehicle rolled over multiple times.

Authorities pronounced Solis dead at the scene while the 3 other occupants were transported to the hospital.

Both Jassani and Rajan were treated and released from Pecos County Memorial Hospital. Meanwhile, Frank Alex Moreno in critical condition at Lubbock University Medical Center.
