San Antonio, TX (May 18, 2025) – 28-year-old Justin Martinez Rodriguez was killed in a pedestrian accident on Military Drive Thursday evening.

According to authorities, the deadly crash happened around 10:20 p.m. in the 1200 block of Southwest Military Drive near Garnett.

Reports say that a pedestrian lost his life following a crash involving a motorcycle on Thursday night in San Antonio.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Rodriguez as the victim. Officials say that he suffered blunt force injuries after attempting to cross Southwest Military Drive.

A 2025 Yamaha motorcycle traveling eastbound struck Rodriguez as he crossed the roadway. Emergency responders transported him to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The motorcyclist remained at the scene, rendered aid, and fully cooperated with the police investigation. Authorities confirmed there are no charges pending against the driver. The incident has been ruled an accident, and the investigation remains ongoing.
