Ka Sin Leung Dies in Frightening Two-Vehicle Collision on Business 20 [Midland, TX]

Midland, TX (August 21, 2025) — A two-vehicle collision on Business 20 Tuesday morning claimed the life of 44-year-old Ka Sin Leung of Midland and left 36-year-old Tania Avisue Villa Caballero of Midland with serious injuries.

The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that the crash happened around 7 a.m. at the intersection of Business 20 and South County Road 1247.

Investigators said Leung was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban and attempted to turn left onto the westbound lanes when a 2018 Ford F-250, traveling westbound, struck the SUV.

Leung was pronounced dead at the scene, while the Ford’s driver, identified as Caballero, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to Midland Memorial Hospital.

Authorities confirmed the crash remains under investigation.
