Kaley DeMasters and 11-Year-Old Eula ISD Student Killed in HWY 36 Crash

Two Killed in Highway 36 Crash Near FM 603 in Callahan County

Callahan County, TX (February 13, 2026) — Authorities have identified 36-year-old Kaley DeMasters as one of the victims of the Highway 36 fatal crash Tuesday evening.

The fatal collision happened around 7:30 p.m. near FM 603 when a vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign and struck an 18-wheeler.

Sadly, DeMasters was killed at the scene.

Meanwhile, an 11-year-old girl, a Eula ISD student, was also in the vehicle. The rescuers transported her to a hospital but later died on the way to the hospital.

The big rig’s driver sustained minor injuries.
