Interstate 215 Collision Kills Female Pedestrian

San Bernardino, CA (February 7, 2026) – A pedestrian, Karen Miller, a 53-year-old Riverside woman, was killed in an Interstate 215 collision Monday evening.

The deadly crash happened past 7 p.m. south of Inland Center Drive.

Responding officers declared Miller deceased at the accident scene.

CHP is investigating.
