Police Search Driver After Hit-And-Run Crash on Victory Boulevard in North Hollywood

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA (June 12, 2026)— Police are searching for a driver who fled after fatally striking a pedestrian in a crash on Victory Boulevard Thursday night in North Hollywood.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash happened at about 10:30 p.m. on Victory Boulevard near Troost Avenue, just east of Lankershim Boulevard.

Authorities said a woman was crossing Victory Boulevard when a westbound white sedan struck her. Officials have not yet confirmed whether the woman was in a marked crosswalk at the time of the collision.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics treated the injured woman at the scene and transported her to a hospital, where medical personnel later pronounced her dead.

The driver of the white sedan left the scene after the crash. Police continue to search for the suspect vehicle and the person behind the wheel.
