Mother Seriously Injured in Alleged Hit-and-Run on Kemah Bridge in Seabrook

Seabrook, TX (December 14, 2025)Kristie McCall, a mother from Seabrook, remains hospitalized with serious injuries following an alleged hit-and-run on the Kemah Bridge.

According to authorities, the crash happened just before 9 a.m. Tuesday, as she was returning home after dropping her children off at school.

Investigators said McCall pulled over after noticing a problem with her vehicle when another driver struck her and left the scene. A passing motorist later found her injured and contacted emergency services.

Paramedics rushed her to the hospital, where doctors treated her for multiple injuries, including fractures to her foot, ankle, and spine, head wounds requiring staples, and a brain contusion. She has already undergone several surgeries and is expected to need more.

As she begins a long recovery, McCall is focused on healing and caring for her four children. Her family is asking the driver involved, as well as any witnesses, to come forward to help bring answers and accountability.

Seabrook police continue to investigate the alleged hit-and-run and urge anyone with information to contact the department.
